Don't look for any other painter! Anthony and his team are amazing and very reasonable on price. I had just moved to the area from out of state and needed my interior painted on short notice - not only did they get the job done on a tight timeline, but the work was impeccable. ARC Painting did a fantastic job we are so pleased. We recently moved here from Australia and just purchased a house. We were not sure how things work here in America and we were a little nervous during all of our business dealings. I have to say that ARC Painting was the most professional out of everyone. When Anthony the owner arrived, he handed us a beautiful presentation folder with his painting contractors license in it along with his certificate of insurance for liability and workers comp. There was also letter of recommendation from a Sherwin Williams Representative.  One company gave me a verbal quote and the other wrote it on a piece of paper. Wow! A beautiful job on the exterior paint of our 2-story home. Very professional, timely, and communicative. They even touched up the paint on our house numbers before replacing them. Good attention to detail. I will hire them again.

Had them remove popcorn ceiling and paint interior of home. They did not remove any of the ceiling fans before taking down popcorn ceiling. They did not take down all window treatments or tv mounts before painting. They took longer than planned and left a huge mess for us to come home to. We hired Anthony and his guys paint our house prior to moving in.  He was very accommodating to our schedule, as we recently purchased the home and needed it done very quickly. His guys were fast and the work was top notch.  True professional in every sense of the word. UPDATED: Since writing this review, I got a text message from Anthony informing me how my review was "quite dramatic and very dishonest." I added photos *taken 2 months after job completion* of just a few of the many mistakes. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've waited a couple of weeks before writing this review so I could see if my disappointment and anger with the quality of work and professionalism of ARC Parkland Painters would change. Unfortunately, it has not and if I could rate ZERO stars, I would. Let me explain - there's a lot so be prepared to read! I hired this company during the week of Thanksgiving, for a pretty penny - not cheap. Anthony, visited our home and provided us a quote on the spot. He handed us a copy of his license, workers comp, etc. so we felt comfortable with signing the job with him almost immediately. His crew started earlier than expected which I was very grateful for considering we were in the process of moving in our new home. Anthony was very accommodating, working with our schedule and worked very quickly. During the first day, I got the strangest text message from Anthony, laying in a hospital bed, holding a teddy bear, and a note to Craig. After responding with "??", it was cleared up that the text was intended for someone else. The following day was Thanksgiving and due to our association, they don't allow contract work to be completed on holidays, so they resumed that Friday. Then on Thanksgiving evening, into Black Friday, Anthony texted me at 2 am, YES 2 AM, informing me that his crew would be there between 9 - 9:30 am. Had I not woken up to read the text, I would have missed his crew. So his crew worked Friday and then again on Saturday. On Saturday, it was expressed to me that after removing the wallpaper in one of the bathrooms, skimming of the wall was needed to remove the "texture". I didn't realize that it would be an extra cost of $250, so Anthony instructed his crew to paint the bathroom and get out. My contract stated "Repair as needed" but I guess skimming is not considered repair. I am not a paint expert, but I can guarantee you that the "texture" on the wall is not intended texture but from when the wall paper was applied. While his crew went to the store to grab the missing paint for the bathroom, I was told to complete a walk-through. I went through the house, and told his crew about MANY mistakes they had made. His crew provided me with tape to mark everywhere there was an issue. After going through the first room and hallway, I told them, that there wasn't enough tape for me to mark the issues. Also, his crew told me that the marks on my hardwood floors would go away with some water and a mop. They stayed extra late to fix errors and paint the bathroom. Unfortunately, not all mistakes were corrected which resulted in me emailing Anthony regarding my disappointment not only in the bathroom wall paper texture issue, but the entire house. I listed out issues to him with photographs of the mistakes. Anthony texted to let me know that his crew would be out the next day to fix issues. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend that meeting (we were in the middle of a move) and so my brother attended in my place. When I informed Anthony that I could not attend, he texted me "I was hoping you would be there so the guys could see how disappointed you are. If it's bad I will be taking away their Christmas bonus." WOW - This shocked me that a business owner would say something to a client. Was he trying to make me feel bad for speaking up or was he just that terrible of a boss??!! My brother walked him through, pointing out problems with the paint. Anthony left a crew member behind and left. I haven't heard from Anthony after that day, and his guy fixed some, but not all the issues. Everyday, I have to look around at all the errors still left behind. ONLY hire this company if you want to baby sit the crew and do a VERY thorough walk-through cause if you don't point out the mistakes, Anthony and his crew will find them acceptable and will not fix on their own.
